Sharing Knowledge

In today’s day and age, there is a critical need for honest and accessible science communication. That’s why I strive to share the knowledge I have accumulated with other science communicators, researchers, and students to dissolve the distrust between research and the public.

Conferences

I am blessed to have the ability to travel to conferences and share my findings with wildlife researchers and other conservation communicators. Shared topics include “Wildlife Health Communications: A Walk in (Jurassic) Park,” “Healthy Wildlife, Healthy Cities: Communicating Wildlife Health to Urban Communities,” and more!

Research Communications Lecture

For the past two years, I have been a guest lecturer in a Master’s-level course at the University of Pennsylvania, where I teach future researchers best practices in research communication.
